Maytag A108 Start-up spin problem

I gave my Maytag about a 3 week vacation, when I went back to use it, the thermal overload would turn the motor off upon start up of spin. (The machine would start spinning, but water would not pump out)

So, I replaced the belts, water pump, and motor - the same problem is occuring! Whats going on? xmsn trouble??
