Tonight, I was making a video (which is attached) and I noticed the tub brake is not stopping the tub after it spins.  The tub is also freely moved by hand when the washer is off.  Not sure what's wrong.   It is a brand new brake assembly, so I'm sure there's a problem with how I installed it.  Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Well, after looking at the service manual, I think I had the drive lug key adjusted incorrectly.  So I tipped it over and followed the procedure in the manual and it works fine.  I also discovered that I had the tension on the pump belt too loose.  So I tightened it, and that fixed the slow pump out rate.

Nice video.  IMO, too much water for the size of the load.  Load it up and get some benefit from that LoadSensor auger.  :-)

The pause before spin is for motor reversal.  Can't slam it instantly from one direction to the other.  The design of the timer provides a full increment of pause.
