Good afternoon all, my baby has spring a leak. Only happens during spin, took the front panel and it seems it is coming from the pump, during agatation it is fine no leaking from the center of the tub or the pump, so do you ladies and gents think it is the pump. Thanks. Stay healthy and safe.🤗

well a pump is a simple and quick change out.....

but maybe you should run a few loads with the front off, and observe where the water may be showing up at or from......

if you have to, lay down some papertowels in, under, and around the machine, just to help pinpoint what area the water is coming from....

keep us posted...

Check the hoses and clamps at the pump and at the tub to pump hose fitting. Rusty hose clamps will lose tension and can cause leaks, so watch out for those. If you still have the original style rebuild-able pump with a bunch of 1/4" screws on top, check the screws and seal around the pump cover. Those tiny screws can get rusty overtime, lose tension, then the seal starts leaking. If that's the case, it's new pump time unless you have access to a parts machine from 1980 or newer with the one piece sealed pump design. I always replace every pre 1980 pump with a newer one piece unless the screws look showroom new.
