Maytag A408S, Milwaukee, $50

Heads-up! While searching for a washer to pair with my DE806 dryer, I came across this A408S listed just outside of Milwaukee Wisconsin. It's a bit too far away for me, but it's a good deal on a suds-saver, so I thought I would pass it along.

The control panel threw me for a minute- it LOOKS like the split lighted style, but I think someone just drew a line across the panel and the dial to mark a position.

Does your dryer have the gold background on the console, or the older blue? I have an 806 washer in white I would part with. It has the blue background.

Thanks! It's the gold, which I've learned is difficult to find on an 806 dryer... But my wife likes the blue panels. I'll send you a PM!
