Maytag Speed queen marathon spin cycle problem

spin cycle problem with speed queen marathon top load washing machine.
while searching on net, I found the similar problem on this iste.{Thread Number: 9726
Maytag A107 Washer -- spin cycle problem}.
I check the belts, they are in bad shape.changed with newone.

After Changing belts, it is trying to move the tub, but it is not moving. Wheni try to spin the tub some time , it moves freely, some time it's not moving at all.

I am some oil leakage on the base.

Does the pulley spin, but the tub is not turning. Is this a 2 belt machine; one for the tranny pulley and one for the pump?Did you use the proper belt? Speed Queen uses a clutch belt. Must get model and serial # for proper belt.

Since the motor must be removed to change the belt and the motor is on something kinda like an adjustable plate, my guess is that it is not installed to pull the belt tight to maintain the correct tension.
