That's a 421 Al. IIRC the Netherlands were the first export country for Miele, I guess that came with a nice marketing budget.
The later 421S had as I mentioned before an electronic door opener. That model was available until 1973, the last year it was also in the Miele catalogue. See this thread for the whole catalogue.
