The styling matches my W1986 and W1918 washers.
Yes, these cousins of Miele "Little Giant" washers and dryers share famous Novotronic controls of W19XX series.
Miele professional dryer selling for < $10 USD, that has to be some sort of record.

They are not that great. If you will remember both the washer and the dryer ran on a single 30 amp circuit so it's a slow dryer.
Miele professional dryers require 2x 208v or 3x-208v at 60hz
Professional washers are at 2x - 208v at 60hz.
At 2x (208v) we're talking 2x 30amp fuse rating and 3x same for 3x 208V.
Either way believe me when I say neither washers nor dryers have any trouble reaching and or sustaining high wash or drying temps.
