Miele Service Cycles....

Hey Guys!

I've been looking high and low but have found nothing to help me.....do any of you guys know if Miele washing machines have a 'service cycle' mode on them? Similar to the AEG vids on YouTube...i have a feeling that they do but they are only accessable via a Miele engineer and his magic computer....
