Hey Ben, the fuel injection is amazing, adds about 15 horsepower overall for a total of 210 HP, but there is so much torque, she still "takes off." I average anywhere from 8-12 mpg with a 27.5 gallon gas tank to feed that hungry 500 cu. in. motor.

Hey Laundress, the area is very suburban as you could see in the pics. Most homes are well kept, except well for mine with all these washers next to the house and on the sidewalks lol.

Wait. You aren't driving this as a daily driver, are you?

BTW - looks like you guys had a fun time! Hopefully if something happens in Beltsville next year I'll stop out and meet the east-coasters.

Ben

I had a freakin blast.......you can not imagine the intensity of laughs, food, enjoyment, washing, all around good time.....too many things to list, and yet packed into one day....

a trip to Disneyland could not hold a candle to a day at Brian's......

if we don't do a wash-in at John's next year, I think we'll plan a block wash-in at Brian's......not like we didn't have his front lawn loaded with washers already

you know Brian, with that front part of the basement empty, we could do washers in the front, and dryers in the rear.....how many more do you think we could get down there?.......time to think stacked tall tumblers!

but for now, I think Brian is in hog washer heaven!

Thanks for all the kind words Martin! No more machines right now for me lol; the front of the basement has other plans, such as my Pachislo slot machine setup, and another entertaining area. Soon I'll be using machines as end tables lol.

Thanks to Martin, I finally have two gas dryers hooked up so as to process the 7 washers worth of clothes lol. Couple that with the 60-amps worth of electricity Toggles set me up with on that side, I can wash and dry until my heart is content.

what a great idea....."Slots n' Suds"...........casino meets laundromat........laugh now, next year they'll build one in your town and make millions!

hc we have one in town here...."Suds n' Suns..........tanning booths while you do your laundry.....who would have thought!

I thought I smelled gas!

(And I thought it was a reaction to lunch!)

Guys you should have let me out of the kitchen. I missed all of that!

I am hugely annoyed that I had to scoot out and run to the office. Still, it was great to meet Louie and see Peter, Martin Brian and Mario again.

Martin,

Sorry I read your email too late. Would have loved to have been there to meet everyone, being I live about a mile away from BrianL. Looks like a good time was had by all except for the cook..Great Pics..Looked like great Food also.
