MINTY is right

That is one well cared for machine. I wish I had the room for that set up at the restaurant. There is just no room as the entire building is on pylons over the water.

We pump out over 400-500 dinners a night in July and August and use a AM 14 with a 60 second cycle. Talk about the "Little Hobart that could".

If only my kitchen was bigger!
What a beautiful machine!
Would love to use one!

WHAT ELSE???

Would you expect from any Hobart Dishwasher? That C44 could be no younger than late 1989 when all production ceased on them and being in a school setting, it is probably just as near to out of the box as you might ever find. Too bad so much of it is nearing obsolescence as well as so many of the parts are now much more expensive due to lack of scale. And the workhorse AM 14's don't need any defending whatsoever! You two have said more than enough on their behalf!

I just can't understand...

Why they just don't make these beasts anymore ?

Yeah, Yeah, they use too much water, they're too expensive to build, etc.

Hey Steve... has Hobart switched to Plastic Feed Manifolds like the Meikos ???

I have not been to a Hotel show in ages. Haven't looked at a Brand New Hobart Anything in over ten years.

That's because all the Hobart Stuff we use is 15 + years old. The Slicer and the Mixer are from the 1960's
