This 50-Year-Old Kitchen Hasn’t Been Touched Since The 1950s

'House untouched for 50 years' usually means rats, mold and various unspeakable things. However, when Nathan Chandler bought this home in 2010, he found a pleasant surprise: a kitchen that had remained untouched since it was finished in 1956.

Love It!  My grandparents moved into a new track home in 1956 that had these same GE appliances, except the wall fridge units, only in Turquoise.  It was beautiful too.  I remember seeing the wall fridge units in the model homes.

I couldn't get the link to work yesterday, but it worked fine for me today.
That is a stunning kitchen!
As mentioned, the captions are, I'm guessing, an unsuccessful attempt at humor.
Some negativity in the comments as well, but one valid observation.
There is a modern dishwasher to the left of the sink.
I'd still love a kitchen like that. Even if the story is a hoax, as one commenter suggests, and it's actually just a kitchen that someone designed to look like the 1950s, I think they did a great job!
