model/year of maytag washer, please?

Hello all, I have the chance to possibly purchase this dryer, but so far I only have pictures to look at. Does anyone know the approximate year this dryer was made? Or even recognize the model number, although I realize that is asking quite a bit.

1976-early 1980.

Hard to pin down the exact model without a closer shot of the timer dial but it's looking like a DG308/DG309. You'll be cooking with gas so hope you're not seeking an electric model.

It's a DG308--regular temp, delicate temp, air fluff on the timer dial. All drying cycles are timed dry. Cycle for regular & perm press.
