This "commercial grade" washer is less than a year old, but we only started using it in the beginning of February '23. We decided to go with this washer for the "upgraded" materials to last longer. It hasn't even been used for more than 30 days before it started having this issue.
Started squeaking and making a rough noise. Self diagnostic goes fine and it seems to do well until the machine has been running for a few minutes. Not sure if it is actuator or transmission related.
Before unhooking it and flipping it over to dig into it, I thought I'd share a couple videos here and get your thoughts. Whirlpool can't send anyone to our rural area for repair so are asking me to send a list of parts for them to send for replacement.
