Amen to that Gary. I do the same thing, got the idea from one of my Annual Southern Living cookbooks about 10 years ago. Makes thihngs so much easier when you're doing lasagna for a crowd!!

I love my bosch Dishwasher! Mine is very simliar but in black! It has the hidden controls and InfoLight! I love it, cleans dishes very well, and its almost silent! It does beep once its finished, and every so often until its opened! Gotta love the hidden flow-thru heater! 161F rinse temps!

Sliced, or shredded mozzarella?
I like shredded, easier to distribute.

There is a drawing of a woman saying something like: "There should be support groups for women that prerinse". I lost it, but does somebody have it? I think this is a good occasion to post it. LOL
I shred the mozzarella, or buy it pre shredded. The next time I will try to use the regular lasagna noodles without cooking them. I don't mind paying the extra for the no-boil, because I got tired of burning my fingers on hot noodles and them sticking together after you drain them. I have been buying the economy package that will make two of the pans you saw.
