...a 1984 speed queen ha3001L,got it for $50.00 at a 2nd hand
shop, though it worked there is a few problems that need delt
with: -there was severe galvanic corrosion between the SS
basket and aluminum hub, probably aggravated by the
paper gasket between-this caused the basket to rise
up off the hub about 1/4",causing the agitator to
wear a 180* arc through the basket.
-the agitator was loose on its drive block and worn
where it fits the block, allowing several degrees of
lash.
-pump belt loose and glazed.
other than those probs looks to be in good shape and
runs good, was grubby but will clean up good!
hopefully a parts machine will provide parts,if not can
fix the bad parts on the machine.
will be fun to run a load in it when fixed, has about a
120*stroke,about the same as a filter flo.

if i can find a SQ dealer nearby i will checkout that tub
warranty! if this weekend is decent weather, will check my
usuall sources for junk (and salvagable)appliances.
