Calling the electrician would be a good idea, but get prepared that the socket is ok, and that it's up to the machines (all 5 of them)...
I would suggest you (in case you want to keep that model of machine) to insist they come and REPAIR the actual machine, since it wouldn't suprise me if the 3rd one comes like that too. Seems to me like a factory thing.
However the scratches you've mentioned really bug me, probably because I don't understand what and where they are and how did they come up.
Also, for now, try doing maybe some other cycle without sensitive care, there is a high possibility it would finish wash like that normally
