Yes, Reapir #3 for my "Man" Kenmore... Only the transparent ring around the pull-to-start wil turn, while that arrow is stuck right where you see it, and the innards behind the knob must be disengaged...

Just when I need to do a bathroom set of washcloths and towels (and probably with that final downturn of the Speed Dial, followed by my work clothes)...

Timer aftermath:

Looks good, works good (turns smoothly with the "roughness" meaning perfect workmanship) while there are finally no dead spots, it goes quickly from one phase to the other, with no pauses in between... (Did I tell you that the tub even spins and completely DRAINS like it's supposed to?!)

But, here are the mars, scratches, a gash in the upper left hand part of the area around it, and a couple components retrieved from behind the cabinet, after initially spotting just one (thrown in the trash can used for lint from the dryer, and whatever little of the washer's lint I catch in my tub-side catcher-basket, and other discards, from minor little crappies, to whatever detergent packaging, (mainly the cut-up, empty plastic bag of the powder I usually buy) that doesn't get recycled)...

Well, I’ve been searching for the couple photos of the old timer taken out, along with the box the new one came in...

I looked through both iPads we own, my cell phone and even my actual camera...

I swore I took them, but they’re to no avail... And all that has been quickly discarded before finding the old knob base and that old dial’s transparent ring, which are shown...
