Found this while looking for a Silex narrow-neck gasket (turns out they make these too); very interesting. Maybe they could reproduce vintage rubber washer parts as well!

WOW! This just might be what we've all been looking for. I need two tub boots for the Kelvinators, not to mention the bellows seals for the frigidaires, and the agitator diaphrams for the Philcos...............

He is very open to the molding of parts but the set up runs around $3000.00 He was willing to make me a new gasket for the Coffeemasters for 3 grand for 150 gaskets. I am looking at another local company for Bendix boots if we cant' find any overseas, I'll let the club know what I find out on that one later!
I think we should buy a used press set it up and get molds made and learn to do it ourselves, that way we could mold in color!!

Westinghouse Laundromat and Bendix door boots, Frigidaire bellows/pulsators/rings, Kelvinator tub boots, Philco flappers...the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!!!

No more trying unsuccessfully to find NLA rubber parts with this! I also remember seeing a company that can manufacture custom metal parts as well; forgot the name on that one though...

Ummm, sorry to burst the bubble, but we checked with this company last month. To create a mold to create something the size of a coffee master gasket or lint chaser ring was over $3,000.

The initial mold is the expensive part. Once it's made, one could make a LOT of whatever the item is, and sell them on E Bay.

I'd contribute and I don't even OWN any of of the items. I think it woudl be worth it just for the gaskets for Coffeemasters. I'd bet the profit market in Coffeemaster gaskets would pay for making the molds for less common parts like Westy/Frigidaire/Kelvinator boots and such stuff as time goes on.
