the lower wash arm does wiggle some.
It had been a few months since I had ran citric acid through mine, so after I finished a load last night and unloaded it - (I fill the main wash full of citric acid), then I put on the jetclean cycle which runs about 2 and a half hours. When done, the stainless, heating element, everything shined like new. Hopefully if your dishwasher is in working condition, you can get it looking new again inside.
