KDS-23 door switch pin

Jerry It is actually a great idea to just make one with a small nut and bolt, that is actually what KA used to do before they cheapened this part around the time of the KD-18 machines, I do believe that the original part is still available if you want to give some money to WP for the holidays, LOL.

SCREW WHIRLPOOL!

Like John said, Hobart/KA used a metal actuator that was bolted in place. I have seen that style, the plastic one in white and black as well as a rubber one. I used a 6 or 8-32 screw held in place with a nut on both sides of the tank on my kdc21d for years without a hitch. Put it in when I got the machine and sold it with it in place nearly 20 years later!

I probably have a spare OEM one if you really want it, so let me know
Steve
