Changed the spin enable switch, wax motor and control board and still no spin...the old control board had a burned out R43...does this mean I have to change the motor and motor control board?

Did you check all of the out of balance components and wiring ? I find more problems with the wire connectors than with the displacement and inertial switches themselves. It's one big series circuit that uses a heavy blue wire. I don't believe you have a motor or motor control board problem. Those failures usually result in no motor operation at all.
