Remarkable design.
I have a couple of friends who are graphic designers; they were talking about the vintage Westinghouse logo the other day and how great it was. I'm going to print the photo of the backsplash of this dryer and show it to them---it's incredibly sophisticated. Do any of you know what year this is? I'd guess 1969 but I'm not a Westy expert at all.

It has been a long time, but didn't Westinghouse have an ad where a circle was drawn around the "W" logo and then after it was drawn, the crown would light up with their signature marketing phrase? It has been so long, I may be thinking of another logo and manufacturer. But if anyone remembers that...?
