To Chuck and Rich Thank You for such a wonderful time and being such gracious hosts. Everything was wonderful. Had a great time and can't wait for the next time. What a wonderful group of people no lack for conversation with this group. Well till we see each other in person again take care all.

OK, OK. I finally loaded in the editing software I've needed to take care of the pix I took. CD drive in the desktop isn't working but I had an internal-made-external CD/DVD drive that I bought a while ago and never opened. Thank goodness this thing has 6 USB ports... it's looking like a Frankenstein computer!

As Jon said, I made the pulled pork the day before. We're having a party with Rich's work crowd on the 14th, so I figured I get it all set at once. Something like 27-28# here at the start. 8 hours later the shedding began!

Rob- Boston butt, rubbed and refrigerated overnight, then low and slow for about 8 hrs.
