New Find: Appliance Repair Shop

Earlier this morning I headed out to an Appliance Repair shop near my place of work to hunt down a part for a dishwasher for one of our members. I noticed he sells used appliances, and also noticed, in a fenced in area lots of used appliances. I told the owner about our club. I also asked him if he gets a lot of vintage appliances, since this is what most of our club members want. Well.... he told me he does get some old appliances from time to time in PINK and TURQUIOSE... He just sends them to the crusher. I told him that many of the people on our club would be interested. He said, jeez...I jsut send them to the crusher, where I could be making a little money on them. He told me he would keep me posted on any thing he gets. He also told me that some producers come to him for appliances for their movies. This is very interesting. I will keep you all posted. I am hoping that he can get the part my friend needs.

They are open daily from 9-5 except Sunday. We will have to take a trip to see it. I did not have much time since I was supposed to be working. LOL

Is it as good as the appliance store in Provincetown? Their boneyard has goodies from all over Cape Cod. If it is, I want to go too!!
