Well folks, it looks like we will be getting a new large top loader soon to stand alongside the twinnie, you see the other day we tried to wash our curtains however they were just too heavy for the twinnie to handle and luckily one of our neighbours was able to help us out,so my sister and I have decided that we need a larger machine just for when we want to wash large blankets and curtains.
Now during our discussion she has made it clear that she does not like the traditional agitator(previous Whirlpool turned her off you see),but she does like the pulsator action of the twinnie so that is what she would like in a large automatic,so that rules out Simpson,Westinghouse,F&P,now here are the models we are looking at:
1.L.G.-WF-T857 8.5kg capacity.
2.Samsung-SW81ASP 8kg capacity.
3.Hitachi-SFP90DJ-9kg capacity.
We also looked at the Haier double drive but it is out of the price range.
Sister dear is taken by the L.G.(looks cute) however I am annoyed by that stupid Punch+3 Pulsator those whirlygigs look pretty but I don't believe they really do much.
I quite like the Samsung. as it is all solid steel and it has a mini-agitator which looks like a slightly raised pulsator(similar the the F&P Aquasmart),and the Hitachi seems difficult to find (as is the Samsung actually).
Isn't it great fun looking around the shops and scouring the internet looking at what is available!!.
Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.
Cheers folks.
