A UNESCO World Heritage Site candidate?

 

The town of Ivrea, Italy is a UNESCO World Heritage Site preserving the 20th Century architecture commissioned by Olivetti.  Are the Maytag buildings on a par historically?

 

Perhaps someone in Newton can look into it.
