Well done video. I'd like to see those machines in person. If I had the room and money burning a hole in my pocket, I'd probably give those machines a try.
I sure do miss my old 1960's McGraw-Edison built, solid tub machines with incandescent back lit panels and the beautiful graphics on the glass. Those bangin' solenoid machines were full of drama. They're in Imperial somewhere. WO-63 or 4? I think it was the ones that came out after the built in loadable dispensers.

I always enjoy the videos posted on here. I enjoyed this one too. I do think the Speed Queen lady would have been a better choice than using Mr. Lambchops for the demo. At times he was difficult to understand. I have never heard anyone refer to the wash cycle on a machine as the "wash bath". Perhaps it's Olde English, left over from a time when people washed clothes and themselves together. Over the years I've had several strange things in the tub with me, even a few that were battery-operated, but never the laundry.
I really like my SQ FLs:
Cleanest clothes I've ever had and they seem to be very well made. Mine are the white ones not the SS.
Yes Bruce, (Roll the eyes) we know not everyone has had perfect luck with these machines. I'm sure a great number of the almighty LG/KM machines break too.
Twintubdexter: Wash bath is commercial laundry terminology for the phase of the cycle when detergent is injected into the water in the wash cylinder to clean the fabrics.

Thanks for the "wash bath" definition...even at my advanced age I can still learn something new.
Bath definitions
That's the same reason why with the "second rinse" option on the FLs you actually get 3 rinses.
The final rinse is counted as conditioning bath as it's ment to apply softner\starch or such.
