Nice GE bottom mount fridge

Perfect candidate for me; imperfect location
That is probably the exact coveted fridge, including the color, that my uncle, a GE employee, had in is all-GE 1962 Woodtone kitchen.
I wonder if that duct tape looking stuff is intentional to keep the freezer drawer from closing completely. I know it's only $40, but I'd need more pix and info if I were to get serious about that fridge -- which I would only do were it located closer to me.
I pulled up CL and the ad there has no picture at all. I think the seller would be a real pill to deal with.
