I have an identical set in white.
My dryer is gas and is my daily driver-----the finest gas dryer I have ever owned.
Washer has the Surgilator in that funky, slightly bluish color they had when first making the changeover from the black bakelite.
IMO a great pair!

These are awesome! I checked on craigslist Seattle and couldn't find them. How did you run across them? I'm interested in perhaps buying them!
