Well Nate, to help you through the comming week waiting for the next retroappliance scouting episode, do laundry. Focus on the filterflo system doing it's job to perfection. Listen to teh sounds of both the water and the machine. Come home every night and do some wash. And don't forget the 1/18. Fill'er up with a full load, sit back in a lawn lounge chair and listen to that rhythemic thunk a thunka thunka. It makes me a contented li'l washer beaer. Frigidaires alawys have since I was 6 years old. And make sure you watch that halo-of-spray fanning out over the tub. And the spray rinse spin is almost like beaning near niagra falls and hearing the power of nature. Am I exaggerating? I personally don't think so. Just typing all of this has me yerning for Omaha. Hang in there. If hubby can understand your angst and empathize with you, you got a jewel there too. If it gets REALLY baed, y'all will just have to go campinig next to the washers. It's what I wanted to do when I saw Robert's basement in Minneapolis August, 2001. I think Glenn and I both wanted to just spend the night in the basement in the presence of such design splendor and the smells.
