My wife and I went to a going out of business/farewell party last night for friends of ours. They had owned a very popular bar/ballroom for the last 22yrs. and all opened bottles of liquor, wine, beer etc. had to be gotten rid of. So I felt obliged to help solve that problem. According to our liquor laws the new owners have to start with all unopened bottles, and they have to be closed for 24hrs. before opening under new management. Let's just say, a good time was had by one and all. There had to be close to 400 people there. They also had a good old-fashioned polka band for our enjoyment. It was a blast!
