OK. I'm stumped!

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">I have a KDI-57 with a broken upper rack roller.  I have the new roller but imagine my surprise when I pulled out the rack and noticed there was a screw to turn off to change the roller.  I tried an Allen wrench thinking it might work but there are no ridges.</span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">Can anyone tell me how I get the broken one off so I can put on the new one?  Sorry for the blurry photo but it's a tough angle to photograph.</span>

I thought those were attached by a screw on the exterior.  Not sure how it works for a portable.  That would be a major PITA.

Stumped

I believe they have a screw head on the outside of the tub.. You must remove the sheet metal on the outside of the dishwasher, to access them. Or remove tub obviously.
