My mom has that very washer. The wash capacity is TINY! For 1-2 people it works out ok, but 3 or more and you really need something that can handle more in a load. It's got the tall, skinny basket, and the lack of a "Gentle" cycle throws a wrench in things for her once in a while.
That said, other than the mid 70's Maytag she used to have, this has been the only washer she hasn't managed to destroy in 2-3 years yet. It's been in service since early 2006 and still running. Her previous washer was a TOL NorgeTag that she kept destroying the timer in. The timer was broken for the 4th time and the pump bearings went, so my dad used it as an excuse to get something BOL for her to abuse instead. Though I don't like "Shredmores", this one has stood up to her abuse.
