When looking for listed appliances my teeth grit when I see:
--A unitized washer and dryer being listed as a "stackable" washer and dryer.
"Stackable indicates the ability to be stacked. These one piece units cannot be stacked or unstacked (at least not without an acetylene torch.)
--A wringer washer listed as a "ringer" washer.
--Listing a totally wrong brand name. I have seen Whirlpools called GE's and a host of other misnomers. One would think they would look at the control panel before making a listing.
--Slaughtering the brand name. I have seen Hotpoints listed as Hotspots and many other equally bad spellings
--Bad picture taking. Wouldn't you think someone wanting to sell an item would want to present it in the best light? Yet I have seen extremely blurry pictures, pictures of the back of an item instead of the front, and pictures turned sideways.
I am not perfect and have made my share of typos on this site and online selling sites, but I wish people would at least TRY to show some intellect when listing an appliance for sale.
My venting for the day.
