Doesn't "UL" mean Unbalanced Load???? Dah!!!
Interesting Malcolm, but not completely surprising. I have been surprised in the past when reading appliance reviews at just how stupid many consumers are. This is just another case.
The stupid consumer that tipped the scales for me was a reviewer of the very well rated Admiralpool set at Home Depot, in this case the dryer. The dryer offers Auto Sense Dry and two timed cycles, one with high heat and one with low heat. Both timed cycles are short - like 30 or 35 mins, but this is to encourage people to use the auto-dry. The reviewer says "I am sending this dryer back tomorrow. BAD design, I have to run each cycle twice because it doesn't allow enough minutes to dry." I am guessing that the reviewer has no idea even what auto-dry is and isn't aware enough to notice it's there. DUH

me i think that the lady that bought that washer depending on the days or the year she had this washer should call her sales clerk and see if she can have it exchange for a classic top load washer or had a few towels to even her load even if its a smal load me in my eyes thats what i would buy or make a comparison first as this looks like the top load version of the duet front load washer. just my 2 cents here

Typical ditzy female that has no clue. Washing a heavy load that includes towels on the delicate cycle? Complaining about wet clothes after stating she always selects slow spin speeds? Did she even read the owner's manual? I'll bet her kids could run a load of laundry without any problems.
What a completely brainless bimbo. Yeah, Cabrios may not have the best reputation but this machine doesn't even have a fighting chance to perform up to its full potential.
And then she suggests GE or Samsung instead. Yeah, like anybody should listen to her. I hope she returns the Cabrio and gets a GE. Then she'll really find out what a junk machine is.

Users With little Or no knowledge Of What They Are Using
To me, although this is a little further down the scale, it is in the same league as people getting in a car with a 'just qualified' driver. How many of you would feel comfortable getting in an aircraft knowing that the pilot was only 'just qualified' and had little or no knowledge of the basics of aerodynamics, but quite cheerfully get in a car with with a 'just qualified' driver who has little or no knowledge of what makes it 'go' or 'stop'?

But anyway, I must say it's s**t, and that she has every right to say it is - Whirlpol Cabrio - The Semi-Automatic washer... I mean redistributing, or doing anything else by hand to ''help'' machine finish the cycle -- wrong. no. we are living in 21st century (or am I wrong?)

Seems like our illustrious laundry-doer doesn't like our comments, and has deleted almost all of them except her own.
Also seems like Whirlpool would/should have an issue with video posters like this. They have replaced the machine apparently and yet she is leaving the video up without stating that.

in her vid she say she bough the machine 9 days ago if she is not satified she should call the store where she purchuse the machine and exchange for a classic topload washer just my tough her

I have a hard time calling this machine crap when throwing an out of balance error is just part of doing laundry. Most machines over the last 50 years would shut off over an oob condition. Seems buyers remorse to me.

I go with user error. The new machines are almost idiot proof. Choose the cycle based on the fabric type and they default the other settings(like spin speed, temp, wash time) to what the manufacturer recommends. If the fabric is delicate care, choose gentle. If bulky or heavy, choose bulky, etc.

I agree. If they had blown her off, yeah, but they made it good. Even if the bearings and springs had problems, and it wasn't user error, bad machines roll off the assembly line. It happens. It's unfair to leave the video up without commenting that Whirlpool took care of the situation. They held up their end of the bargain.
