I have never seen one of these and it's listed under top loading washer.
I have a feeling that the agitator might be missing.
Whoever buys it , can I come and look at it when you get it home?
Hope the link works.

VERY neat machine! A 3KW heater, WOW!

BUT missing the most important part - - the agitator!

It's kinda useless without it.

Crumbs they are all coming out of the wood work at the moment !!
But as Kevin says the agitator is the most important part, and they are rare machines..I have the Spin Washer delux but the agi doesn't come out.
The machine looks like the pump lever has been changed at some point as well.
Best of luck all
Keith

....dont you just luv ebayers !!
Question asked "Do you have a buy-it-now" price..it's an auction site, why cant people just bid !! sorry rant over, just makes it unfair for others..lol

Automatics are not my thing

But I will bid if no one else wants to have a go.
But please do say if you want it,I certainly don't want to bid against another member.
Has anyone asked if they have the agitator ?
Shall I send them a message and ask?

Hey Lance,
I wont be going for it, but i think others will...
The agi in the EW50 (single tub) wont fit in this machine, they were a different style. The first spin washer i had i tried to get the agi out and broke it.

So who wants it bad enough to pay a

fortune and is then willing to share with us all ????

So Al a long distance one is it working and does he share our love of anything washer related?? How are you doing?

Austin

I realise that

An auction is (usually) a fair way to buy an item for what you are prepared to pay but in the spirit of friendship amongst us collectors perhaps we could agree that only one of us , that are known to each other that is, will bid.
Hence hopefully it will come at a sensible price and it will go to a collector who will look after it and hopefully share with the rest of us.
I have asked the seller about the agitator , I am waiting for a reply .

....Hi Al, hope you are well :)

They are great machines and in all my years of collecting, i have never seen a MK1 before. I have had 2 MK2's as by the time Parnall launched the MK2 i think the Semi-auto principal had been accepted, so the manufacturing levels were higher.

It will be a bummer, for whoever gets it will not to be able to fully use it with no agi !! I would be warey of the machine as well, if it hasn't been used for a long time, there could be many problems the major one for me is the large internal upside down cone, which connects the lower sudz saving chamber to the drive higher up, this could be perished etc, plus there was a lot hose work in these machines which would quite tricky to re-make if disintergrated.

Cheers K
