Would anyone know where i could get parts for a JC Penny Penn Crest double oven model/ catalog number 863828390082. I am looking for the door gasket for the upper oven and the thermostat for the lower oven. If anyone has the part numbers for these it would be greatly apprecieated. thanks Tom

tom, HOtpoint made JC Penny's major appliances. Hopefully someone here can cross-reference.
That might be a GE/Hotpoint part if there is a way to cross-reference it.

If it's gas,it was made by Hardwick.
Bob and I made our posts at the same time. Since Bob has confirmed what I suspected, you should be able to find GE parts for your stove. If the parts house no longer has a way to cross-reference a Penncrest item, you should probably post pictures of the oven here, as I'm confident there are members who could peg the corresponding GE or Hotpoint model number and get you on your way.
Check out this thread on a very similar GE range. The posts from 3beltwesty and Combo52 contain Hotpoint and GE model numbers that might apply to your PennCrest.
