Penney's cutting prices

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

I hope these new prices will be in affect in the shoe department as well. I desperately need some new shoes for everyday wear and the Y.

I've been to JCP twice in the last week and a half, hoping they'd have their gym-tennis shoes on sale. I was rather disappointed not to see any sale price tags on them. I also found out from a girl working in that area most shoe manufacturers are now coming out with their new lines for this year.

Perhaps this was the reason they're not on sale right now.

JCP makes me crazy...

...because you hate to buy ANYTHING because you wonder "Will I get the mega sale coupon in the mail the day after I buy this?"

This MIGHT make me interested in going back in the store; or it might not. I used their catalog 'cause it was easier. I find it annoying to try and BROWSE online, preferring a paper book.

Time will tell but I think this is better for the chain.

Well....

....This sounds like a better pricing plan than Sears.

Because at Sears, the sale prices are the same as everyone else's regular price.

Is it any wonder Sears looks like a sci-fi movie about the day after the Bomb fell? Perfectly stocked store, but not a single human being in sight.

It's the same thing at KMart too.

I needed assistance on finding an item last weekend. I tried hunting down a sales associate. One couldn't be found for miles. I finally gave up and went somewhere else (WM).
