Pick a Color...

So its been mentioned to me that the color gray background for the top of the newly created Latest and My-Posts Index pages are too depressing. So lets pick a new color shall we.

We can try different ones and see what we like. I would like to keep the color different from the colors already used here in the forums.

Purple was my first choice as well, but go deeper with 990099,

and for the other index, how about a crimson or cinnamon. With such a beautiful palette to choose from, you could change the colors seasonally and suprize us. I LOVE color.

Being colour blind, I find it difficult to read when bright on bright or dark on dark is used...such as in current scheme above. Black text on a light back ground works best for me.

DEFINATELY a pale, suttle color will be best... nothing bright!

This could be a lot of fun, like a costume party--who can be the loudest.

Would love to see giant cinnamon or crimson.
