I got mine at an estate sale. It was sitting outside and the people saw me looking at it and said I could have it because it didn't run. I took it home and don't know what the problem was because it runs perfect. I was in the right place at the right time!

I love how you can feel the wash action, and the temperature of your wash on the outer tub.

thanks for all the info and for those great pics, that kd2-p tub looks beautiful! and those pics of the electra are great too, looks like new inside and out.

gonna check around for the "zud" or other product with oxalic acid in it. i didn't want to do anything that would scratch the tub finsih but would like to get rid of the rust stains.

and as for wash arm supports i just bought 4 off e bay that will fit it for 20 bucks each, a good price. used one on my kdss-17a stainless, leaves 3 more in case i need em.
