Why in a skillet instead of oven-roasted?
Well I didn’t make all of them, I just thought I needed a small accompaniment…
Guess I wanted it simple and in a hurry, so I’ll make the rest of them or the other kinds in the oven with the olive oil…
Hope I’ll get them to turn out right that way…

Okay I oven roasted these ones, and, yes, easier to make than I thought and put on a little lemon pepper seasoning!
