When I lived in Atlanta I got it from a store that provides products and services for auto body shops. It was available in a number of different size cans. I learned to get as close to the exact amount I would need for the job, as once air enters the can, it is pretty much impossible to store it for any length of time.
Also be prepared, whatever it touches it ain't coming off of, unless they now have someting to remove it as well.
IMO It is an excellent product. I have used it on a number of restorations including a couple of Whirly/Kenmo's. I always coat the spin-tube as well as the interior of the outer-tub.
