We've had low-flush models for many years as well. Unfortunately, however, what I said above rings true:
Push either the "Half" of "Full" flush button, and you have to hold it down, lest you just get a short bust of flush and cable/s that have not been laid.
Some are better than others, but it seems many of the ones used in Commercial settings have this issue. They are seem to be Caroma models too...
