...seem any more like a doddering old fool?

He's shifting foot-to-foot like Cotton Hill walking, and keeps saying "my friends" when he's answering questions.

I'm not saying Obama's answering well all the time, but McSame really seems to be failing.

Do keep in mind that I was a Hillary supporter, and not an Obama supporter.

He seemed frail, to me

Not to start another political thread, and being a bit of conspiracy theorist. Senator McCain did come across to me this evening as frail. The republican brand is so tarnished. Maybe the Rep. ticket IS a "sacrificial lamb". Senator Obama is a brave man, i sure as hell would not apply for the job/office, he is aspiring to. what a mess, to have to clean up.

Time will heal this damage. We've dealt with greater challenges in our history.

Barack Obama is exactly what our country needs right now. I hope he survives to lead us, finally, into the 21st century. But we've been so utterly and intentionally polarized on most issues, the cynic in me will be shocked if Obama makes it to his inauguration.

How does that old ethnic saying go?

"In front of me is the cliff and behind me the river rapids".

"Choose your poison"

Kinda like 9-11. Do we jump to our deaths, or stay behind and be burned to death by the jet fuel?

LOL, how many of those Thomas the tank trains does one have to lick, to get giddy, and delusional?
