Remember this Free Give-Away?

When I was a kid in the '60s and '70s, my mom would sometimes buy a bottle of dishwashing liquid (don't remember the brand) that gave away a free brooch. The brooch would be on the outside of the bottle, held on by a big piece of cellophane. My mom used to ask my sister and me, "OK, which one do you want me to have?" And then we'd get to pick out what we liked the best. I recall her getting a daisy that had a center of light pink and the individual petals were kind of a fushia. Then there was a flower with brown petals, an orange center and a green stem with leaves. The other one I remember was pale yellow, a rose I think, that had gold stamens. All of the brooches were made of metal. I think my mom still has them, although she never wears them.

The only dishwashing liquid I remember with stuff attached to the bottle was Thrill.
