Good grief, Steve I now appreciate my home again. I'd go stir crazy in such small spaces.
And BTW Steve, you look far better presently than you did 21 years ago.
I personally still thinnk the black & white look is very sexy. Guess it's why I still have and will continue to have black appliances in my kitchen.
I spoze I should turn in my card--I still like the "look" of my 23 y/o house and the main furnishings.

My home is built in 1946.
I added the light fixture myself.
The heathens here before me in this house had a tacky ceiling fan in that room.
These homes on long Island were thrown together real quick after WWII and have very little in terms of charm and/or aesthetics.

I saw you mentioned "apartment" in the plastic GE thread; does this mean you're moving back to the good 'ol city? Does it also mean we can get a peek of what your current house looks like antes de que tu salgas y dejes el "ex" en las calles? LOL ;-)
I keep going back to the renovation pics of your B&W apartment...that must have really been tres-COOL when you finished; sunlight flooding in the kitchen from the HUGE window while you're doing laundry in the Kenmore compact (or was it a Little Whirlpool?) with phosphated Tide (back when it was still available), watching the recirculating filter, then smelling the scent of the FS emitting from the GE dryer!! Not to mention listening to the roar of the WP PowerClean DW...methinks you should have kicked "him" out and claimed THIS place for yourself!! ;-)
