Hi Folks,

My oven indicator light has burned out, which seems to be affecting the performance of the oven cycling light. I want to replace it but it is really hard to access because of all the wiring in front of it. I looked at my service manual and it doesn't address this issue. Does anyone happen to know if there is a better way to access this light than just by removing backsplash? Is it better to try and remove the front.

My stove is model J4085. The top of the line stove and wonderful but so much more complicated than my old GE Hotpoint!

Fixed it ...now a new problem has emerged

Okay, with a little dexterity I was able to tighten the bulb I thought was burned out. It turned on but now is on whether the oven is on o
r not. Sigh. Any ideas?
