If they can get 300.00 out of those elements( not), then why woundn't they put them on ebay instead of the wall unit and the cooktop for 24 bucks?

They are pretty though.

That's a beautiful set. Too bad the seller sounds a bit looney....

A while back, some seller in Chicago had a 36" Tappan gas freestanding range, in Avocado. They wanted $50, I think, and the oven didn't work. I asked them if it didn't sell on EBay, if they'd take a lower offer. No, wouldn't take a lower offer, if it didn't sell, they would scrap it.

Hi Bethann....got to admit, it is a beautiful set. In the Imperial section, there is a thread of someone in Lutherville, MD selling a Philco washer.
