Down here the Cascade Rinse is about half the price of Finish. I use the Cascade with good luck.

Regarding the solid Jet Dry, they've done something to the formula. I bought some on Amazon recently, and it completely dissolved in about 3 wash cycles! There are several complaints about the same problem in the reviews.

I've bought Walmart's version of jetdry liquid & it works ok to me. My water is hot enough I don't really have to worry about things not drying well..add to that the water softener installed in the house and there's no minerals to deposit.

The best deal I have found on Jet dry is after Christmas, when Target sets up the "club sized" shopping area. They often have a 3-pack of large bottles which are buy two, get one free. I bought a pack each of the last two years when the club sized items went on clearance for less than $7 for 3 bottles. They often will clearance similar 3-packs of finish detergent, although last year I only saw the power ball tabs and gel pacs, not Quantum as I bought the previous year.

I use very little rinse aid, as I have the dispenser set to the lowest setting. I end up adding it a couple of times a year.

It doesn't take much rinse aid. I did find Jet Dry cakes on Amazon, but they want $20 for a two-pack. I don't think so!! Lolll
