Rinsing in winter

With winter returning this year with a vengeance does anyone have difficulty with rinsing in winter with cold water with towels? I'm finding sometimes even the warm water rinse won't cut it this winter, not always, just on occasion and I've been careful with dosage, I use the Persil universal powder, unless unknown to me Persil's formula was changed?

No problem for me as my machine will only rinse in cold water. However I don't use Persil Universal on my towels because they are all darker colors. Instead I use Persil Megaperls for color. My cold water is about 40F. In Canada your water may be colder than mine though.

Don't Notice

I don't usually notice much difference as I tend to increase my FS usage in the winter months.
